You’re reading this page because you have signed up for one of our Webinars, we have put a few step by step screen grabs together for you to help you if you have never been to an on-line training session before.
You will have had an E-mail from us with a link to the training session and start times. We usually open the training room about 30 minutes before the publicised start time, this allows you to log in and get yourself sorted out.
When you click on the link to join the training session you will see a screen like this.
Select the Enter as a guest option and you will move on to this screen.
Enter your name in the box and press the Enter Room button. A quick point on names, please use the name you’re known by and used when you signed up for the session, rather than any other on-line persona you may have so Alan Smith rather than CyberDroyd666 please
At this point depending on your browser configuration you will either be catapulted in to the training room or you may get a white screen like the one below.
If you do get the white screen just click on the link shown above. This will send a request to the meeting host to let you in to the session and your screen should look like this.
Once the host has let you in to the session you will see the on-line training room which looks like this.
Now you are in the on-line training room we will be able to help you with any problems you have by using the chat box and the audio.






I would like my husband Trevor to help with the training seminar as I have poor computer skills. If you are surprised by the pitch of my (his) voice please forgive us. We plan to restrict our communication to his voice only. Is this OK?
