Put information and notices released by your local Parish Council on your community website, even if it’s just a short meeting notice. Parwich.org recently published a simple but to-the-point post announcing ‘Tonight’s Parwich Parish Council (Tuesday 8th June) will be held in the Pavilion at Parson’s Croft.’
You could ask your Parish Council if they’d like more detailed posts to appear on your site, such as meeting minutes or a feature post introducing council members to the community, a little like Doddington’s Doings dedicated Parish Council page. You might even like a Parish Council contributor on your website, or help them create a website of their own!
